Social Media: Social media is free advertisement, so please take advantage of it! Market yourself on every popular social media website like Twitter, Facebook, Google Plus, Pinterest, Tumblr, and more. Post things that appeal to your customers, and keep up with all your accounts, but don’t spam everyone’s feed. Just make sure your accounts always look active and always have relevant, useful information and you’ll get new customers in no time.
Sell The Experience: Make sure all potential customers know your brand, and be sure to advertise that brand whenever possible. If you have a special event, be sure that your brand is apparent so you can get people excited about it and then they’ll want to come to your bar. This is all about knowing your target audience and appealing to them. By making the environment in your bar fun and upbeat, more customers will want to go on the regular, which is everyone’s goal.
Make An App: Everyone is on their phones all the time nowadays, so why not make an app? Create an app yourself and sell it in the Apple Store for free (you can make profits by people downloading it and through advertisements). This is a great promotional tool, and though it may take a while to create and get approved, it’s all worth it in the end.
